Maddy is an IFBB Pro with a passion for holistic and functional health. After years of struggling with gut, hormone, and autoimmune issues throughout her teens and twenty´s, she embarked on a journey of self-healing. Using functional lab testing, supplementation, and tailored nutrition, she found the solutions that conventional care had overlooked, ultimately reversing her symptoms for good. Having achieved IFBB Pro status without the harsh preps or difficult reverses that once plagued her, Maddy now dedicates herself to helping other women take control of their health, empowering them to create sustainable, lasting wellness.

Alexa is a dedicated coach with over three years as an athlete within the MPowered Coaching Collective. Rooted in her personal journey of overcoming PCOS and excelling as an NPC Bikini competitor with two overall wins, Alexa combines functional nutrition, holistic health, and evidence-based methods to guide her athletes toward lasting success.A UCLA graduate with a B.S. degree, Alexa blends academic rigor with empathetic coaching, prioritizing meaningful connections to foster trust and long-term results. Michelle, with over eigth years of experience in the fitness and bodybuilding industries, is not only a seasoned bikini competitor but also a passionate advocate for internal health and hormone balance. Having experienced the highs and lows of competing in the NPC, she understands the discipline required to achieve fitness goals, but she places equal value on the balance and flexibility that lifestyle training can provide. Michelle’s coaching philosophy centers on maintaining internal health, prioritizing hormone regulation, and mental well-being, all while fostering accountability and empathy. Her personalized approach helps athletes find joy in their journey, ensuring they progress toward their goals while sustaining long-term health and enjoying the process.

Shelby Reed

CN, CE, CPT

Shelby Reed has been competing for TEN years — Prior to working with coaches (for the past three), Shelby was self-coached! During her time spent coaching herself, Shelby learned of the importance of taking time off to grow, finding and prioritizing balance, and giving the body time to “restabilize” while internal health markers restored themselves. Shelby is known for her extremely empathetic demeanor and her ability to truly understand where every athlete she works with is coming from. Shelby always has a solution and if you’re struggling with self-doubt or figuring out how to make it all work, Shelby is surely going to help you get over the barriers you face!
