Step

1

Onboarding

During this phase, Maddy takes the time to study your health history, both through our lab protocols and your initial health history form. We will recommend any functional testing from the get-go so we can set you up for an effortless weight loss phase.

A Customized Plan

Once the research has been collected, Maddy and her team will create a protocol specifically tailored to you, encompassing your nutrition, supplementation, and training program. This phase is highly personable and specific to you, your goals, and your experience.
All athletes are given an exclusive athlete profile within our customized branded coaching app where they can access their check in form, progress pictures, graphs of weight/measurements, customized protocol, workouts (updated every 8-10 weeks), and chat with their coach.
Using our dispensary, we will provide a customized supplement protocol for you so that we can support your body before, during and after your weight loss phase

Plan To Stage

Some women need some time in a process called a reverse diet if they have been notorious chronic dieters their whole life. Conversely, if there are any functional “red flags” demanding attention those will be tended to prior to embarking on a fat-loss journeyMaddy will spend time optimizing your metabolism with you by reducing stress on your body — bringing food up to maintenance if it’s not already there, customizing a training program that will assist your body with recomposition (losing fat/building muscle) and “laying the groundwork for a successful fat loss phase”

During this phase, you can expect to lose inches and love the way your body is taking form

Fat Loss

During this phase, Maddy will walk you through your customized fat loss phase where you will be put into an intentional caloric deficit. Maddy will ensure you are supported with the resources to be successful including but not limited to: support and encouragement, flexible dieting protocols or meal plans if warranted, supplementation, and customized cardio protocols.

Reverse dieting into maintenance

Reverse dieting protocols are provided for all athletes once they have finalized their fat loss phase MPowered takes the post-fat loss phase seriously and heavily considers the athlete’s emotional well being, internal health, and physical well being.

Efforts are taken to ensure that the athlete doesn’t rebound & regain weight. Since MPowered Bodies takes a sustainable approach to fat loss, athletes aren’t reversing from the process with a scarcity mindset- Any bloodwork/functional testing necessary is ordered at this time.

A plan for reversing into maintenance, building, OR learning how to eat intuitively (without a meal plan or macros) is created alongside the athlete at this time
